Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?

Yes, each Fan Club member is limited to 4 tickets per tour.

When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive your tickets approximately 2 weeks before the show date. If you do not receive your tickets, please contact the vendor from which you made your purchase.

What if the venue is General Admission?

Velvet Revolver has arranged for most VIP Package holders that have tickets that are General Admission to gain early entry into the venue. Entry will typically be 10-15 minutes before the public enters, this can vary by venue. You will receive specific instructions prior to the show via email.

Do I need to register with the Velvet Revolver Fan Club?

Yes, you must be a member of Velvet Revolver Fan Club in order to purchase presale tickets and packages. However, membership does not guarantee you a purchase. Once the presale is over, whatever packages remain will be made available to all fans.

When will I receive my VIP package merchandise?

If Ticket Master is handling your venue, your merchandise will be shipped to you separately from your tickets approximately 2 weeks before the show date. If Etix.com is handling your venue, you will receive your tickets and merchandise in the same shipment approximately 2 weeks before the show date.

My ticket presale code does not work. Whom may I contact for help?

All shows but Washington DC and Michigan will be handled by Ticketmaster. You may visit Ticketmaster.com's help area at: http://www.ticketmaster.com/h/customer_serve.html with ticketing questions. Washington DC and Michigan ticket sales will be handled by Etix. You may visit http://www.etix.com/ticket/online/help.jsp for ticket help with those events.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For ticket purchases we only accept credit or debit cards. Tickets cannot be purchased by check or money order.

Debit Card Users

Many debit cards have a daily purchase limit regardless of available funds. If you receive a decline on a large purchase, please contact your authorizing bank. Only your bank will know why you were declined. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If I give (sell) them to someone else, how do they pick them up at the venue box office?

Packages/tickets are non-transferable. The person listed in the SHIP-TO address must pick them up. Tickets purchased through the Site are intended for personal use only. The reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel memberships and ticket purchases of those suspected of Site misuse.

Handicap access seating?

Please check with the venue.

When will my CC be charged?

Immediately upon purchase your credit card will have a hold for the funds placed on it. Within 24-48 hours of purchase the charge will be applied if you bank approves the charge. If you place an order and receive the email invoice, your order has been submitted.
